PTC THERMISTOR SILVER PASTE

The HG35 series silver pastes are designed for positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors, and are available as ohmic base pastes and surface silver pastes.
After sintering, the base paste forms the bottom electrode, while the surface paste forms the top electrode. The two can be used together to ensure excellent ohmic contact between the electrode layer and the ceramic substrate.
The surface silver paste may also be used independently on ceramic substrates with aluminum or nickel plating, providing high conductivity and superior solderability.
Our company offers formulations with 50–80% silver content, featuring excellent electrical properties, strong adhesion, and high oxidation resistance.
