CADMIUM FREE SILVER BRAZING ALLOYS

Tin-Added Cadmium-Free Silver Brazing Alloys

  • Tin serves as an eco-friendly substitute for cadmium in silver brazing alloys.

  • Combined with silver, copper, and zinc, tin lowers the melting point and enhances flow.

  • Ideal for applications involving ferrous metals.

  • Fully compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standards.

  • Safe and suitable for electrical and electronic equipment.

Applications & Features

  • Designed for joining:

    • Ferrous metals

    • Copper and copper alloys

    • Nickel and nickel alloys

    • Tungsten carbide and other specialty metals

  • Performance varies with silver content:

    • Higher silver = lower melting temperature

    • Produces a brighter, whiter finish (vs. brass coloration)

  • Excellent fluidity ensures clean, precise, and efficient bonding.

Primary Applications: Jointing most ferrous and non-ferrous base materials, refrigerator, air conditioner, electronics industry, ultra-hard materials (saw blades, cutters and drills), musical instruments and others.
