The compound with high proportion of phosphorus will result in a more active and fluid alloy which can flow over a larger area. The alloy usually has a smaller melting range and best used on filler joint. Higher proportion of silver alloy will result in a fluid which is easier to be controlled by operators. The silver alloy with less phosphorus may have a melting range which suitable for filling gaps. Generally, higher silver content alloy can bear hotter or longer heating cycle. Moreover, the resulted joints have better ductility.
MAIN USE : Refrigerator, air conditioner, heating exchanger , electric machine, brass alloy and others.
